Selecting a process

Selecting the most suitable process for your particular application can be difficult.
​But we are here to help.
​We currently offer two of the many 3D printing processes available

SLA (Stereolithography)

SLA prints are best suited for producing visual prototypes with very smooth surface and very fine details.

​SLA offers-

• ​High dimensional accuracy and intricate detail
• Smooth surface finish
• The range of specialist materials available (High detail, Flexible, clear...) 

​The main drawback is the size of prints currently the largest dimension we can accommodate is 15cm

SLA Design Guidelines

FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication)

FFF prints are great for quick prototypes.

FFF offers-

• The most cost-effective way of producing models and parts
• ​Low lead times
• A wide range materials available, suitable a vast range of applications.

​
​Our current Capability allows us to offer prints up to 50cm, larger parts can be split as required.
